Best branch or college for MDS is a very tricky question

A lot of students get confused about which is the best branch or college for MDS ?Hence we have come with this podcast for all the NEET MDS aspirants. In this episode we have discussed with the recently post graduated dentists & PG dental students about:

  1. How to fill the counseling form for MDS ?
  2. Must we choose the branch over college or vice versa ?
  3. What to expect during post graduation in orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, pedodontics etc.
  4. What to do if we have preference of 2 branches for example if we like both OS and orthodontics?
  5. Must we think about stipend / fee structure ?
  6. Should we select the branch according to future prospects ?
  7. Must we deicide a branch based on whether we are planning to start consultation or open a private clinic ?
  8. DR. RAJEEVE CHITGUPPI the pioneer of WHAT AFTER BDS shares his thoughts on WHY SUCCESS DOES NOT DEPEND ON THE BRANCH WE CHOOSE. (His talk will give you goose bumps)
  9. Must we think about selecting our college based on where we plan to start our practice in future ?
  10. When to think about appearing for NEET again next year? (When to take a drop for study)
  11. Government colleges VS private colleges.
  12. College recommendations from the PG students themselves.

Overview to Occlusion in dentistry P1 by Dr.Moez Khakiani on the 32 MINUTE

In my previous interview with Dr. Moez Khakiani we spoke about Material choices in Fixed prosthodontics. In this dental podcast we discuss about Occlusion in dentistry. Yes, not only in fixed prosthodontics but universally occlusion plays a vital role in all branches. According to Moez occlusion connects all branches on dentistry together. A failure to understand occlusion either before or after a procedure might create an iatrogenic issue. We cover vital aspects like

  • How to understand occlusion before starting a case.
  • What is occlusion
  • Interference & Guidance
  • Articulating paper VS articulating foils
  • Static VS dynamic occlusion and
  • in the end a casual Rapid fire round !!

Occlusion in dentistry is a LANDMARK episode for me because this is the 1st episode recorded in my studio. You can appreciate the high voice quality which is far more superior than online interviews. The biggest difference is however interviewing face to face, it is so comfortable & there’s definitely a connect that was missing in online interviews at least in my opinion
